Marketing & Stakeholders Relations Manager
The incumbent should have strong business acumen, be self-driven with a high degree of ownership, and be adept at negotiating sound business deals as well as demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify new and enhancing existing business relationships to capture opportunities;
- Maintain and develop new strategic alliances with customers and industry players;
- Formulate and implement strategic branding and customer engagement plan to achieve business objectives;
- Supervise and manage Business Development. PR & Communications, and Community Relations (including Customer Services) teams, as well as external partners and services providers;
- Lead and drive sales and customer services performance to achieve targets;
- Identifying objectives, strategy and action plan for short- and long-term goals;
- Nurture and develop relationships with the local community, NGOs, external partners and services providers;
- Organize the promotion and advertising of the WEEE Treatment Facility and Take Back services;
- Prepare reports, proposals and conduct presentations; and
- Work with other teams to develop services description.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills through presentation, assertiveness and the ability to connect with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Have the ability to collaborate; managing multiple internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, influence, manage conflicts and navigate through issues
- Strengths in negotiation and persuasion with tact and diplomacy
- Fluency in both English and Cantonese
- Experience in IT Asset Disposition (Recovery/Recycling) industry will be a definite advantage
- Experience managing moderately complex procurement contracts, vendor negotiations and the sourcing of goods in IT recycling industry or within a similar industry setting

Technical Services and Management Systems Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Maintain, update and develop technical documentation to meet the needs of Operations, Logistics, Customer Services and Office Automation and fulfill legal and contractual requirements
- Establish and monitor compliance and business performance KPIs
- Coordinate internally and externally for maintenance and updating of management systems including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and ISO27001
- Compile monthly and annual reports covering contractual performance, annual performance test and annual building condition surveys
- Support the Operations and Logistics Departments in carrying out process review and implementation of process optimization projects
- Support the IT team in office automation projects
- Provide technical support to the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Team
Job Requirements:
- A good bachelor’s degree in production, mechanical or a related engineering discipline, a master’s degree is preferred
- At least 5 years working experience in industrial environment, preferably in process design and/or improvements
- Formal training/qualification in process improvement preferred
- Familiar with management system certification processes
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Cantonese

Programmer /Analyst Programmer
Job Description
- Develop and support in-house applications
- Work closely with users to review the requirements and perform basic analysis on the collected requirements and develop the program/functional specification
- Liaise with internal and external teams to support project implementation and problem solving
- Provide support on UAT, go-live and post-implementation
- Coding, testing, documentation and implementation as required
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- 1 – 5 years hands-on experience in windows/web application development & SQL programming
- Solid Experiences in using C#, PHP, and ASP MVC
- Basic database knowledge in Oracle, MSSQL is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in Java, Excel VBA and Power Query is an advantage
- Knowledge in Mobile app development using Kotlin
- Self-motivated, good team player, hardworking, able to work independently and work under pressure
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Immediately available is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer
